Aluminium Windows
Aluminium is a great modern option for windows; It is a strong material, cost effective, and also fully recyclable so environmentally friendly. It gives a property, a modern and extremely stylish look that will last for up to 30 years. The aluminium frames can be manufactured in almost any RAL colour and size. This give the client many options when designing the style. Aluminium is considered the most beneficial option at this current time for both homes, schools and commercial buildings. This modish vibe is now available with considerably lower u -Vales than the UPVc alternatives. For example the PURe system from Senior Aluminium is as low as 0.71W/m2K.
We can also manufacture and install unusually shaped windows as well as a more vintage style to fit in with planning constraints. All aluminium windows can be manufactured with a polyamide thermal break and can accommodate many different types of glazing, double glazing, integrated blinds blinds and smart home technology.
Casement & SASH Windows
The two most popular types of window are casement and sash. Casement is a type of window that is attached to the building by one or more hinges. They can be provided with either side or top hinges, so that you have the option of an upwards or sideways swingout. Sash windows are made of one or more movable panels which are traditionally panes of of glass.

Tilt and Turn Windows
As the name illustrates tilt and turn windows can be turned from the side or tilted from the bottom. This style provides a different option for ventilation. Cleaning can be easier because they are inward opening.

Aluminium Overswing & Pivot Windows

The pivot option is also very popular as it pivots on one axis from the centre of the frame.

Aluminium Thermally Broken Windows
Thermally ‘broken’ aluminium windows insulate a building even more. This revolutionary technology incorporates a thermal ‘break’ that does not transport heat to the inside of the aluminium frame, resulting in a significant reduction in heat loss through the window. When you combine this technology with double glazing, you’ll get the best possible insulation via your windows.
Aluminium Double Glazing
Double glazing adds an additional layer of glass between the inside and outside of a building, effectively insulating it. If you want to preserve your present windows, however, there is a less obtrusive solution. The addition of a second, thinner window to an existing window is known as secondary glazing. This approach is ideal for historic or period structures, and it gives a comparable effect.
All windows can be manufactured using any RAL colour.
Curtain Walling
Grosvenor successfully designs, manufactures and installs different curtain walling options. We partner with main contractors, architects, and clients directly on designing these stylish systems. By adding these systems, Grosvenor can transform a building from just brick to fabulous breath-taking ‘walls of glass’.
