As this is an ISO9001:2015 management System accreditation it provides the customer with peace of mind that the system is installed to a high standard and can provide a certificate to be presented to insurance companies. This standard requires Grosvenor to be independently externally audited to ensure the continuity of excellent service.
Grosvenor offers an emergency call out service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
